I. Program of Overseas Pre-school Chinese Teacher Training

Started in 2008, the program of Overseas Pre-school Chinese Teacher Training was carried out by our college and co-sponsored by Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, Chinese Language and Culture Education Foundation of China and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Guangdong Province. The one-year-long program has been run for four times till now, training 125 overseas students from the Philippines, Costa Rica, South Korea, Canada, Cambodia, Malaysia, Burma, Thailand, Brunei and Indonesia. Equipped with a good grasp of Chinese as well as the basic knowledge and skills for primary school education, graduates from the program are able to communicate and teach in fluent Chinese, and highly praised by their employers.

II. Program of Mandarin Training for Hong Kong Teachers

Since 2010, the college has undertaken the task of Mandarin Training for Hong Kong Mandarin Teachers cosponsored by the Department of Education of Guangdong province and the Education Bureau of Hong Kong. The three-week program has been carried out twice, training 48 mandarin teachers for Hong Kong.

III. Access Certificate in English Language Teaching(ACE) Training Course Program

In 2010, through the cooperation with Macau Boyi Institute, our college established ACE certification center. Currently the program is in promotion.

IV. South Korea World Network Chinese Training Program

Since 2010, the college started the Chinese Training Program through the cooperation with World Network of South Korea. Until now, the five-month-long program has been held for 3 times.

V. 2023 Tiktok Training Course

In order to enhance the high-quality development of vocational colleges and universities, promote international cultural exchanges, carry out the cultivation of technical and skillful international talents, and realize the integration of internationalized production and education, the school hosted the “2023 Tiktok Training Course” from July 19th to 25th, 2023, in the form of live online lectures. The training course was held in the form of online live broadcasting, and 99 teachers and students from Thaiayothaya Business Administration Technological College and Thaksina Business Technological College participated in the course.

VI. 2023 Short-term Training and Cultural Exchange Program on "Chinese + Vocational Skills" for Teacher and Student Groups from Thai Institutions in China

With the steady progress of the "Belt and Road" initiative, the "Chinese + Vocational" talent cultivation model is playing an increasingly important role in promoting humanistic exchanges between China and foreign countries. GTCFLA takes the initiative to integrate into the high-quality development of "One Belt, One Road" and actively explores the integration of Chinese education and vocational education to go out and inject momentum into the cultivation of talents in countries along the "One Belt, One Road". From October 30th to November 13th, 2023, GTCFLA conducted a 15-day "Chinese + Vocational Skills" short-term training and cultural exchange activities for teachers and students of Rayong Institute of Technology in Thailand.
