I. Programs for International Students
　　1. Language students: 6 month, one year, or two-year program, featured by flexible starting time and differentiated classes according to students’ Chinese level.
　　2. Exchange student program, subject to relevant cooperation agreement
　　3. Three-year vocational education program

　　II. Qualifications for Admission
　　1. Applicants must be foreigners who are 18 years old or above, of sound health and good morality, willing to observe Chinese laws and school regulations and to respect Chinese customs.
　　2. Applicants must hold a diploma that is equal to or higher than a Chinese high-school diploma.
　　3. Applicants for liberal arts programs must meet HSK Band 6, and for scientific programs must meet HSK Band 3.

　　III. Tuition and Boarding

　　Other costs include：physical check-up, visa, accommodation, on-campus medical cost, textbooks and cost for extra-curriculum experiment, practice or visits.

　　IV. Methods and Procedures of Application
　　1. Applicants can collect an application form from the Office of Foreign Affairs or download it from the internet. See attachment or www.gtcfla.net.
　　2. Applicants send application fee (RMB 400, which is not refundable) and the following materials to the Office of Foreign Affairs, including: application form, copy of your last diploma, health certificate and blood test result, copy of your passport and six passport photos.
　　3. After admission, GTCFLA will issue Admission Offer and Visa application form (JW202). With the Admission Offer, JW202 form, your private passport and physical check-up record (if you want an X visa), you can apply for a visa in the local Chinese Embassy or Chinese Consulate. For a term less than one year, you can apply for an F visa, and for a term more than one year, you can apply for an X visa at your own cost.

　　V. Medical Insurance
　　GTCFLA requires all international students to buy adequate insurance policy to cover their term of study, including accident insurance and medical insurance. Students can buy insurance before or after they come to China. Upon enrollment, students have to produce the policy form for accidental insurance and medical insurance. The language for the policy shall be in Chinese or English.
